Remove flatbread from plastic wrap. Place flatbread on crisping tray, silver side up.
Place flatbread near edge of turntable in microwave for best results, and microwave on high as follows:
WATTAGE OF MICROWAVE COOKING TIME 600 to 800 watts 2 minutes, 45 seconds >800 to 1100 watts 2 minutes, 25 seconds >1100 watts 2 minutes
- LET STAND 1 MINUTE. Do not use crisping tray in convection oven, or conventional oven! Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust baking time and oven temperature as necessary.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°F. Remove flatbread from clear plastic wrap and discard crisping tray.
Place flatbread directly on center rack. Bake 18 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes.
