Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE CRISP
  1. PREP
    Remove flatbread from plastic wrap. Place flatbread on crisping tray, silver side up.
  2. CRISP
    Place flatbread near edge of turntable in microwave for best results, and microwave on high as follows:
    WATTAGE OF MICROWAVE   COOKING TIME
    600 to 800 watts3 minutes, 10 seconds
    >800 to 1100 watts2 minutes, 30 seconds
    >1100 watts1 minute, 55 seconds
  3. LET STAND 1 MINUTE. Do not use crisping tray in convection oven, or conventional oven! Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust baking time and oven temperature as necessary.
OVEN CRISP
  1. PREP
  2. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°F. Remove flatbread from clear plastic wrap and discard crisping tray.
  3. CRISP
    Place flatbread directly on center rack. Bake 17 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes.
